At Milena Bianco Gallery, every piece is crafted with care and shipped with the highest standards of packaging and protection. Our policies are designed to safeguard the integrity of these works while providing peace of mind to our valued clients.

Domestic Clients

At Milena Bianco Gallery, each piece is carefully prepared for delivery within the United States. The following policies apply to all domestic purchases:

Shipping

  • Orders ship within 3–7 business days of completed purchase unless otherwise noted.

  • Complimentary shipping is available within a 300-mile radius for gallery pieces.

  • Jewelry ships free within the continental U.S.

  • Local pickup is available by appointment.

Insurance

  • Gallery pieces (including Mirrors, Frames, and More Designs): Fully insured for their full retail value during transit.

    • In the rare event of shipping damage, clients must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and item. Claims submitted after this window cannot be accepted.

  • Jewelry: By default, jewelry does not include full insurance coverage. Clients may request insured shipping at an additional cost, calculated by carrier rates, immediately after purchase.

  • Special Value pieces: Sold as-is and final sale. By default, these do not include insurance. Clients may request insured shipping at an additional cost, calculated by carrier rates, immediately after purchase.

  • Approved claims will be processed through the carrier’s insurance and may result in a refund or replacement if available.

Returns & Refunds

  • Gallery pieces (including Mirrors, Frames, and More Designs): All sales are final. Damage claims are only eligible if submitted under the Insurance Policy above.

  • Jewelry: May be returned within 14 days if unworn and in original condition. Buyer covers return shipping.

  • Special Value: Sold as-is and final sale. Damage claims are only eligible if insured shipping was purchased, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. No other returns are accepted.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an item has shipped, the sale is final.

Acknowledgment

  • By placing an order with Milena Bianco Gallery, clients acknowledge and accept the above terms, including the final sale nature of gallery pieces and the insurance requirements.

International Clients

At Milena Bianco Gallery, each work is prepared for international delivery with the highest standards of care. The following policies apply to all international purchases:

Shipping

  • Clients outside the continental U.S. (including Alaska & Hawaii) are responsible for shipping costs.

  • All pieces are professionally packaged to museum standards and shipped via trusted international carriers.

  • A signature is required upon delivery.

  • Gallery pieces (including Mirrors, Frames, and More Designs): Fully insured for full retail value during international transit.

    • In the rare event of shipping damage, clients must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and item. Claims submitted after this window cannot be accepted.
